Hitachi EX8000 Hydraulic Shovel

The flagship mining excavator in the Hitachi line up released as a detailed 1:87th scale replica, featuring a fully functional boom, arm and bucket with an opening shovel. A fold-down access ladder and service crane are included. The individually linked metal tracks rotate freely, and the body incorporates all the safety railings and walkways with openings allowing the interior cooling fans to be seen. Hydraulic lines are added for extra realism with the large cabin neatly replicated.
